I feel so fortunate to have discovered a business in an industry that I’m truly passionate about – Personal Development.

I’ve lived my whole life in the regional town of Bathurst, NSW and while my roots run deep here, this business has opened up a whole new world of possibilities for me.

I’m a proud mum of three amazing grown kids and a very happy grandmother to one little one. I share my home with a senior cat and dog and love spending time hiking, enjoying the ocean, and being immersed in nature.

Life has taken me through some big chapters. As I neared retirement, after years in corporate and disability services, I wanted more.

Starting my online business has been the beginning of an exciting new chapter.

Connecting with like-minded people on the same journey has been a game-changer.

THE PROBLEM THAT LED ME HERE: I spent over 30 years in the corporate world after earning my degree in business and event management. For years I managed a thoroughbred racing club and while I loved the excitement of running big events, it never really fulfilled me on a deeper level.

I often felt shackled to an office, watched over and constrained by an environment that just didn’t feel right for me. Eventually I took some long service leave and stepped into a role in disability services.

I loved the flexibility, the opportunity to help others and the fresh challenge it brought. But I still found myself craving even more freedom with my time and location, which is what ultimately led me to look for my next big change.

FINDING THE RIGHT FIT: When I first looked at starting an online business, I’ll admit I had no previous experience of my own. What I did have was decades of varied career experience and the belief that my skills could be transferable.

The challenge was that I was a bit of a jack of all trades, master of none, and I wasn’t sure what direction would really suit me. What I found here feels a little like a business-in-a-box. It’s all laid out, it aligns with who I am, and the best part is I don’t have to do it alone.

There’s always guidance, support, and a real person available whenever I need it, which has made all the difference in helping me move forward with confidence.

THE LEARNING THAT LIT THE WAY: Personal Development has been a mainstay for me on and off throughout my life. I have always known the importance of it.

My bookcase is packed with titles from Tony Robbins, Joe Dispenza, Louise Hay and so many others.

It’s continual learning and I’ve found that the courses here not only help in life but also in business.

Having access to all these programs at my fingertips, being able to dip in whenever I need, has been such a valuable tool.

For me it’s all about keeping that growth mindset alive and using these resources to keep becoming the very best version of myself.
